On the site of a former slaughterhouse, we offer meat exclusively from Czech breeders. Come for Czech Fleckvieh beef, pork from Přeštice Black Pied pigs, Czech and Japanese Wagyu, milk-fed veal, poultry, goat, lamb and our own smoked meat products. You can also enjoy selected butcher’s dishes right at the shop.

We would stake our reputation on our farmers
We have been working with all of them for a long time and enjoy doing so. We visit them regularly and make sure that the animals are well cared for – from feeding and housing to slaughter.
